• Option to perform one (1) or two (2) 30-minute concerts organized by the WCE (free choice of repertoire). Of course, additional concerts in the city/region can be organized by the choir itself.

• Common workshops with other participating/invited choirs and the opportunity to meet, exchange, sing, and perform in some of the most extraordinary venues in the historical city of Oeiras & Lisbon.

• Registration of choirs and vocal ensembles is accepted and finalized when the Registration Form is completed, the Participation Fee is received, and the Conditions of Participation are acknowledged and consent given.

• All travel, accommodation, and meal expenses during the WCE are the responsibility of the choirs and vocal ensembles.

​

• Organizers of the World Choral EXPO can assist choirs and vocal ensembles in securing local accommodations and meals during the festival by providing recommendations and contact information for local tourist agencies.

​

• Choirs and Vocal Ensembles agree to the communication conditions of the World Choral EXPO, which allows for recordings and photographs to be made throughout the event. By accepting these conditions, participating groups give all rights resulting from such recordings and photographs to the World Choral EXPO organizers.
